Come join in on the fun of the Make and Take Events. Have you ever just wanted to have complete control over your earring creations?! Now is your chance. At these events, you are able to use my supplies and create your own unique designs! Worried you won't be able to think of something, grab a planned pack and I'll walk you through it! Light snacks are provided. These events are hosted at my house often so seating is limited! The earrings above were created at our first make and take event this year. It was a lot of fun and everyone left with some amazing creations. FAQ Where is my order? We make orders as they come in which takes some time. We currently try to get orders in and shipped out within two weeks. Does it ever take longer than two weeks? Yes! If you requested a custom order that required material not on hand, your order could be delayed. We will always let you know about this delay ASAP. If you order ever takes longer than two weeks to ship, we add in something extra for your wait. Why did I get an extra pair of earrings?! Occassionally, orders get delayed and as a thank you for your wait, we send out an extra goodie for you. Do you offer a way to get a rush order? While we can't always accomodate a rush order, you can certainly contact us and tell us what you need. Why have sent orders out faster for birthdays or last minute shoppers. We can only help you if we know though! Don't every choose express shipping without letting us know. Express simply means it will ship faster when we get it done.

SHIPPING POLICY Thank you for stopping by B's Boutique31. Following are the terms and conditions of our Shipping Policy. ​ All custom orders are made when the order is placed. All custom items are processed through within two weeks of your order. Orders will be shipped via USPS Tracked Packet. When an order is shipped, you will receive an email with your designated USPS tracking number. If you can't find your tacking number, please email bsboutique31@gmail.com and we will resend your shipment confirmation. All packages typically take 3-5 days, after shipping, to land at their destination. ​ We offer one flat rate shipping option. All jewelry ships for a flat fee of $4.00. ​ If you have a rush order, please contact us directly to see if we can accommodate the faster turnaround. Choosing express shipping does not guarantee your item will be processed sooner, merely that it will ship faster when complete. RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY Returns Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.Several types of goods are exempt from being returned: Gift cards Custom Leather Earrings Custom Painted Jewelry Earring of the Month Subscription Make and Take Tickets Refunds (if applicable) Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
